Get the Play on the Stage! is a card game for 2–3 (possibly 4) players.
Take the role of a theatre producer: scout and hire the best creators for your play, choose a script, and get the play on the stage. Earn play money from ticket sales and reviewer stars by producing a better play each time. The producer who first collects 5 stars wins the game.
The game was designed for BoardGameGeek’s January / February 2026 Bi-Monthly 24 Hour Design Challenge – CULTURE.
During the challenge, I made live updates every two hours until everything was ready. The design diary videos are available on YouTube.
PnP downloads
These are the original design challenge PnP files. The component file contains the star tokens and all the cards in a folded layout with a 2 mm bleed.
